A King talking to CitizensAmendment 1 Freedom of Speech
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech"
This picture is showing a King standing in front of a group of people telling them they have a freedom of speech but they have to watch their language. I believe this picture means that people have the freedom of speech but they cant say what they want. For example a student can say what they want in class but cant tell his teacher F**K You. This connects to the constitution because everybody in the United States have the right to say what they want.
